Terms & Conditions (PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING):

Images will be selected by HCP team, please trust their professionalism in selecting the ones that best capture the mood and loving moment. Special request for photo selection and/or extra photos will incur an extra fee. The images will be delivered digitally in jpeg format, 7-10 business days after the shooting day. Prints (if applicable) will be available for pick-up 10-14 business days after.

Store credits can be used for purchase of any clothing items at STUDIO VIERGE with no minimum spending, and are valid till 30 September 2025. They cannot be used with other store promotion campaigns unless otherwise specified.

Please come with your Hair & Makeup done! We can also arrange Hair & Makeup service at an extra fee (subject to availability).

Please arrive 10 minutes before your shooting time to settle down, late arrivals will result in a shortened shoot. We respectfully ask that customers arrive no more than 20 minutes earlier, as it might disrupt the previous shoot.

We respectfully ask that minors be monitored at all times, as there will be lighting equipment, tripods etc., to avoid any accidents.
