Where are your products made in?
All our designs are (PROUDLY!) ethically made in boutique factories.
Majority of our clothing items are made in Korea; while jewelry pieces are handmade by skilled craftsman in Florence, Italy; accessories and a small fraction of clothing are made in PRC.
Product origin for each individual piece is stated on the washing label.
How do I know which size fits me?
Product measurements are found on the respective product pages.
In general, our S size is equal to US 0-2 and M size US 4-6.
What are the opening hours of Studio Vierge?
Our studio is where all the magic happens -- designers, stylists and photographers casting their spells to create the beautiful designs and make our creative visions come to life. It is open for our community during selected hours only.

Is an appointment required to visit Studio Vierge?
Yes, fitting sessions at our studio are appointment based.
The 30-minute session will be reserved exclusively for you, and our stylists will be able to provide one-on-one assistance.
Is Studio Vierge pet friendly?
We love seeing our furry friends! Customers are more than welcome to bring their dogs/cats along. (We have treats ready for them!)
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are 100% cashless.
FPS, direct bank transfer and credit cards are all accepted at the studio.
Do you accept exchanges or refunds?
Yes we accept exchange and returns within 14 days, given the conditions are met. For details of our return policy please visit this page.
